If you charge your infantry into German lines, not using cover, expect to die. Pioneers are bad at long range, Mosins are good at long range, figure it out. Choosing 3 conscript-squads and oorahing into German lines head on won´t do it. Try using some Maxims or Penals along your regular infantry. Also it´s funny to see VonIvan complain. Some months ago I played 2 games in a row against him and all he did use was the T70 soviet industry rush. Now suddenly everything is unfair. LOL all you did was complain when germs had the short end of the stick now you're acting like it's a perfect game fan-fucking-boy. In: COH2 Gameplay

They are cheap, fragile infantry used for supporting/distracting and maybe the occasional flank. The days of Consspam are over cheap is not a viable reason, they cost the same as grens, yet grens are significantly better (it also costs more MP to reinforce them to full than grens) so what you're really telling me is you've never played sovjet in this patch. because you'd know that the relationship between soviets and conscripts is the same as americans and riflemen In: COH2 Balance

Bad argument. this has nothing to do with the cover system in vcoh the fact of the matter is sometimes they just don't take cover, or they run out in the open sometimes randomly. or they get stuck along the way on light cover when you put them in nearby heavy cover. it's less of a problem on grens because their smaller squadsize leaves less room for error. it's only a problem now because cover actually means something that's all i was getting at, sorry if i didn't get my point across the in the OP In: COH2 Balance

Thread: L2P thread of post-patched Soviet27 Mar 2014, 05:00 AM LOL you seriously believe that this patch is 'balanced?' that's a blatant joke. i'm sorry porygon, you're either trolling, or really really ignorant if you're playing against a germ player who knows what he's doing. you simply can't win conscripts and penals are too large of squads to take cover properly, maybe 2-3 of them are actually in cover, and the rest are LOL STANDING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE pioneers can take on conscripts 100% why even build grens? because they're a insult to injury + YOU MIGHT NEED PANZERFAUSTS IF THE SOVJET PLAYER IS STOOPID ENOUGH TO BUILD A HORRIBLE EXPENSIVE SCOUT CAR penals have horrible DPS, like super horrible for their cost, and they only sometimes can face off against grens, and as soon as they pop that battlphase 2 and 60 munis upgrade for that lmg you're basically GG for all infantry combat we really need modding support. it'l take relic like 2-3 months to make another patch, if we had a dedicated elite mod team, they'd fix all imba they made within a day or two.
