Jump back to quoted post2 Apr 2021, 03:48 AMShadowLinkX37 I think that while the idea is good to help 1v1, I think teamgames need help more than trying to make another 2 commanders viable when OKWs commander roster is overall solid. Even if the change is minor, in teamgames this just enables the pfusi blob to come online quicker and in a better position than normal, and people will always pick breakthrough so long as the JT isn't a smoldering pile of kubels. The only thing that probably keeps people from picking breakthrough every game was the uncounterable flares and the fact that overwatch has the best air support in the game and OP LeFHs. Not to mention JLI which are insane in their own right. I'm not trying to list off every commander from OKW and their OP attributes, but breakthrough was one of those doctrines that was already really good, and doesn't really need any push farther up the balance ladder. Grand offensive after those monster Tiger buffs would also become top tier. I'm going to +1 here as well. PFs might not be optimal 1v1 opening, but in 2v2 already they become oppressing very quickly and scale rapidly due to better muni control and less constant resource swapping contrary to 1v1, where it is a common thing that delays their upgrades further. I don't see the need to buff already very popular commanders just for the sake of 1v1 alone. In: COH2 Balance

If anything, the MP40 upgrade is the only thing that doesn't need to be adjusted since it gives Volks a niche that they are good at. But why? They aren't supposed to be stand alone in late game(this is why obers exist and even became easier to get) and do perfectly fine up until that point. In: COH2 Balance

Though that might be unneccessary. With recent changes, massive IS spam is no longer the heart of UKF and I LIKE IT THAT WAY. Making Sappers more capable at rushing enemy mainlines means more sappers. Sappers have a great flow and justifying replacing some IS with Sappers REALLY helps the UKF game flow, especially with the Vickers changes. Late game heavy sappers next patch.... oh jesus. Sappers never had any out of cover penalty.... In: COH2 Balance

Does anyone here actually think relic went and update their cheat-system? The most of updates on the game is being made by community anyways, so i highly doubt they went and fix something they couldn't set up at start. And how do you update the anti-cheat system, without updating the game? Also you are saying that relic had stored all the replays of all the games, and that they put them through new VAC? I am not a smart man, but doesn't anti-cheat work in a way, that you have to actively play to get detected and get banned? IMO, someone should just map hack, post a video on youtube, and then will see, how good is the new anti-cheat system. Not when the tools they use are replay analytics, since replays are not "videos" but repetitions of each and every single player action. That way there is no need to update the game for anything. Remember that pretty much always we had to send replays to them to get anything done. To put it differently: Most anti cheat tools are "police" that sees you in the act and reacts by reporting you further for review or automatically beats you out of the game. Analytics based anti cheat tools are "detectives" investigating potential crime scene and relic just got a better one. In: Lobby
