No. Even if you move after pressing stop, it still doesn't count as movement. You can use this "mechanic" to pull off standing accuracy shots on the move with a little bit of practice and you don't really need to be any pro as I'm able to pull it off whenever I want. Yep, less than today, which is already horrible for a tank hunter. Well then, I guess its good that you have a JP4 and StuG, which is intended counter for mediums. I guess you won't be able to just spam panthers and expect them to work against literally everything, while other potent AT units just gather dust. In: COH2 Balance

Just realized that the medium buff of target size will nerf this against the panther which the panther doesn’t currently need. Please give the panther veterancy some kind of accuracy buff so it isn’t missing shots at 5 range. It’s absurd. So maybe now we will finally see people building more StuGs and JP4s then assigning every key to panther hotkey and smashing their face on the keyboard the moment they reach tech needed for it. It'll hardly change anything against heavier tanks and you don't need panther to counter T34/76. In: COH2 Balance

Its penetration is very sub par for the cost and its not primarily tank hunter. It doesn't get any defensive bonuses contrary to panther. Are you willing to give up range, survivability or penetration for that bonus at vet2? In: COH2 Balance

Its also so much easier to kill PaK, 57mm and 6 pounder then it is to kill rak. Any particular reason you are making comparison to a faction trait exception then a baseline for weapon team crew sizes? In: COH2 Balance
