It's just supposed to be brought in line with it's counterparts like Luchs, AEC and Stuart and also it's own cost of course, compared to which especially it is ridiculously overperforming. That's like saying obers need to be brought in line with conscripts or grens, because they are OP, ignoring completely their cost and timing. In: COH2 Balance

It also has much more health then tiger, so we can easily compare them despite lower armor, it averages out to be the same survivability, except against one you need high pen and against the other, lots of shells in short time. Even combat engineers beat them if microed properly. There is no situation other then pios staying always at long range or going up against CEs with flamers while holding sweeper at which they would lose to CEs. In: COH2 Balance
