Np, instead I can explain to you why micro is important in micro heavy tactical game and why microed units perform better then non microed units and how because of competitive nature of the game, units are balanced around them actually having a competent player in control if you want. We are talking about gun performance and specifically the projectile velocity, pls stop bringing up irrelevant things. You.... do realize that AoE of a gun... is a gun performance metric? Even so it is time to install the game and play the game. You will notice among other things that Dozer does not lack durability. I never said it does. You did just right now. I simply said brummbar got more of it. Also, for someone who tries to frontally faust full health ISU with zero AT support - that's quite rich. In: COH2 Balance

They have merge which is extremely strong paired with an early flamer which is the meta in 2v2 at least. That's even ignoring the airborne SVTs that are also meta and allow them to dominate further. Dislodging conscripts from their sandbag spam is very tedious, especially as OKW. They're getting a free pass. Ok. Cons have free pass, because they don't excel at long range nor do they have early game long range upgrades. Now deal with it. Not if doctrine is overpowered, which is exactly the case. You literally see nothing else but VSL 2v2 and up and everywhere in 1v1 below top 5 ranks. imo VSL becomes a issue because allies players chose not to adapt or not used to fighting toe to toe with grens. Go adapt to T-70 and ram and ask for removal of nerfs. allies have many counter to VSL doctrine. IS2/ISU152/KV8, Croc/AVRE, Rangers/Pershing. Ok maybe Usf gets it a bit tough. But goes to show a good infantry foundation helps, which allies have always enjoyed over Ost. VSL is very early game upgrade. EVERTYTHING you have mentioned is DOCTRINAL and VERY LATE GAME. Put two and two together and even you will see that requiring super heavy AI tank to fight MAINLINE INFANTRY means something is horribly wrong with that infantry. In fact, you have just made the best case possible on why VSL should be nerfed ASAP. In: COH2 Balance
