Thread: OKW manpower penalty?17 Apr 2015, 04:33 AM Yeah I was thinking just the other day that all explosives should have total radius increase but have their lethal radius decrease. An across the board thing. Maybe just for arty/mortars, maybe including tanks (not sure). It would make indirect fire more of a counter to concentrated units, while less effective vs single squads / less likely to squadwipe unless you had multiple units hitting simultaneously. There is no official confirmation. However, game files that previously hinted at British faction also hinted at new commanders for OKW. So a likely scenario is that Brits come out with 6 commanders as USF did, then OKW gets another 3-6 commanders. Not a new faction, but very likely several new units/abilities. My personal theory is that if the Brits are themed around late-war Italian campaign, the new OKW commanders could be themed around this too, providing Italian auxiliaries to the core German army. Thread: Destroyed tanks blocking sight needs to go17 Apr 2015, 01:19 AM It obviously makes perfect sense for a tank carcass to block line of site. It doesn't make sense that the full tank that is still alive doesn't block line of site or a projectile from phasing through it. It's like there's some kind of temporo-spatial displacement field that allows shots and vision to pass through tanks, and it fails when the tank blows up which blocks line of site suddenly. Or maybe all of the tanks are using phasing rounds, BUT they are also part of a line-of-site hivemind. HMM. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: British Faction, what do you want to see?16 Apr 2015, 11:21 AM OKW will be getting new doctrines to go alongside the British faction from what we can tell. The new content may be themed in some way to go alongside this, potentially something like Italian support if the British are supposed to be fighting in Italy. I'm not really expecting that, but it's possible. At any rate, they will likely include some new units for Axis. In: COH2 Gameplay
