Thread: Why isn't the King Tiger doctrinal?13 Aug 2014, 02:17 AM I suppose that's it because OKW can't spam medium tanks like other factions, so instead they receive a super non-doctrinal tank. I don't have any objection, although I'd wish that Puma received smoke at vet 1 or 2. Currently it is very hard to kill one well microed. In: COH2 Balance

They are hard to kill because its high range enables them to stay far from the battle, and they are extremely useful against OKW trucks. And getting back to the topic, the suggestion about picking up and retreating support weapons should be addressed. A lot of hmgs and mortars are lost in this game by silly moves while picking up. The rest of suggestions seem sensible, but I don't see why StuG should have small target size. It is hard enough to penetrate its frontal armour to add up less target size. And I also disagree with lowering panzerwerfer recharge time, it does good damage and it has a recharge time akin to all mobile artyllery. In: COH2 Balance

The Gren+LMG it's supposed to be a core unit in your army, you are going to build it independently if your enemy is maxim-spamming or no. And even if that wasn't the case, yes, countering HMG at early game usually requires at least two units. Or can you flank just with one? In: COH2 Balance
