Thread: ISU-152 Overnerfed25 Oct 2014, 04:37 AM remove the sighting ability then. Remove it from all of the heavies. I don't know if the jagd has it, but remove from the elephant too. It already has spotting scopes. Alternatively I think I would support a marder style lockdown to all these tanks with range above 60(not including su-76, but we could ). Being able to remove the lockdown has a 5-10 second cooldown. If you have good support, it's no problem. If your cheesing, you might get pwned. In: COH2 Balance

Also, when you refer to a replay in a post, the presentation is much better if you go to more options and then choose replay from the toolbar and put the URL in there. The thompson ability is awesome, I'm confused why it's ok for paratroopers but had to be stripped from shock troopers. I really don't think cheap reinforce adds anything "ober"-like to paratroopers. The LMG ability is severely lacking. You see "slowed" appear over the opposing squad and then they come grenade you at full speed. If your not playing beta, then you can't retreat at that point and will likely lose the squad and maybe drop an lmg. If they aren't paying attention then that enemy squad gets shredded, but not suppressed(even though the ability is supposed to suppress). I can't get thompsons in close enough to try it on obers and 2 m1919's aren't enough to reliably stop 4 vets wth a single lmg34 to share. In: COH2 Balance

Why is the basis of these arguments revolving around something to the effect of "I can't use panzershrek squads to destroy it head on"? You can't use gaurds to drop tigers. You can't use bazooka riflemen to drop tigers. The same shit happens when allied infantry armed with whatever get in front of tiger tank. Splat and no damage done. If anything is OP about the ISU it's the giant sight range range ability, without that it wouldn't be 1 shoting squads normally in the fog. In: COH2 Balance

They are to be rewarded for a superior and relevant product. If they are making what people don't want and aren't willing to buy, they are to be punished with low returns. Someone there CHOSE to do single player only. Did the single player players have any real incentive to buy wfa? Maybe for skirmishes, but if they wanted a campaign or even something like TOW, they were shit out of luck and shouldn't buy. Supporting this would send the message that this is more of what we want.
