Thread: AAHT vs Scout car with autocannon18 Nov 2014, 06:19 AM I had a few games where given the right maneuvering room and a good angle, the scout car can prevent the AAHT from firing the 37mm cannon. This results in a pretty cheap counter to the AAHT, which normally would blast the scout car apart with no trouble. I'm not sure if the mechanic changed, but I remember being able to manually target it and the chassis would stay still while the mount rotates. Well now it's not doing that, it's rotating both, which in turn is keeping the criteria for the 37mm unmet. Anyone else experiencing this or have a way to keep the damned thing still? Thread: Ninja Changes - Post findings here18 Nov 2014, 06:04 AM I'm sure the HE round does do high damage to tanks. What it doesn't have is high penetration. This would likely work the same as the Sherman, which has a super low penetration for HE, but it is still able to penetrate sometimes. When it penetrates, it will do full damage. So if ISU damage is still 240, count on either nothing happening or nice chunk being taken out of target health. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Double RE builds17 Nov 2014, 08:02 AM Many axis players bring all their force around the map in a blob. So since they can't be at all positions at once, you hold on to territory. You should notice a recurring theme with that. Lone axis units are typically dead meat(with a few obvious exceptions, obers). Even the players will often huddle together and won't venture out until they have really powerful stuff. That's what's powering the meta right now.
