Raketens were always good, but people refused to use them because they aren't PAK-40s
I almost never built obers and I build raketens almost every game; so I was quite happy about the patch. It wasn't a nerf for me

It's a standard beret I think, albeit a bit new which is why they are standing up a bit. It doesn't get knocked off getting in and out like most other headwear does; and it's a bit of padding for when your head comes into contact with something metal - because it will at some point And it's black, like the rest of the uniform, because you are going to get covered in oil at some point.
