Anyway, they already have the first step to do that in the actual game. Think. Abandoned vehicles. If it's abandoned, where is the crew that abandoned it? In such situation, the left crew members should by default exit with the retreating mark on their heads and run to Hq. And there you have your abandoned tank crew waiting at your Hq. Wouldn't that be something? I believe there is a voice quote along the lines of: "Hose that vehicle out and get it ready" The abandoned vehicle might still run, but what is left of the crew are caked on the insides...
