Overall:
Shocks are going to come back because the OKW have two very good close range infantry units (SturmPios and FallJeys)
Artillery will also come back because OKW provide static high value targets on the field
Biggest Winner
Shock Army
Shock Troops and PPSH for dealing with elite OKW infantry
120mm and Artillery for the command trucks
2nd Biggest Winner
CounterAttack
Shocks
The B4 will probably do unpleasent things to Command Trucks
Recon will always be handy
Darkhorse
Partisans
Might be able to do horrible things to OKW trucks with tank hunters
Biggest Losers
Anything with an ISU-152.
You had your brief moment in the limelight, now begone
Also:
Armoured Assault, with T 34/85 being pushed back he now becomes very late game indeed
