Even in the current mod with three Thompson and three SVT-40s, they are worse than the Shock Troops: a bad grenade - its damage is completely random, in most cases it doesn’t even cause damage, first veteran sucks. HT is not needed, such a concept of units is disgusting, if a player wants to buy HT he will buy it separately. Make an Assault Guard without HT with four Thompson and Bazooka alternatives. These are just three Thompson who give more distance, Guard grenade - shit, 1st veteranism - shit, there are no alternative weapons of ability. If I need to buy an HT, I will build a T3 and buy an HT. The purchase of two Guardsmen will cost 1020 mp and 60 fuel - this is nonsense. It is completely inadequate and not worth it. Even the purchase of one Guardsman (510 mp and 30 fuel) is not worth it; his strength is not so good as to deeply weaken the construction of the T3. In: COH2 Balance

But unlike the same Kubel, which has a useful 1st veteran ability. Scout has nothing of the kind. It is already useless for 5 minutes. I save the 3rd vet Scout in the 30th minute. That's it - he’s just a dead load, the infantry is no longer afraid of him (they stop being afraid after receiving panzerfaust). Better just copy the Airborne Guards design, but with the option to upgrade Thompsons or Elite Zooks. Different vet 1 ability. Exactly. M5 is unnecessary, give Bazooka and Thompson updates to transfer to 2CP or 3CP if there is self-healing. This will make the Assault Guards really useful and remain in the Lend-Lease theme. Another option that I have always considered is to replace the Guard with access to allied racks. Maybe with a little overpayment for balance. In theory, any weapon that was in the Allied racks (except 1919A6 which cannot be taken without a commander) was in the USSR. In: COH2 Balance

Then spend 17 mp to add one more man. And have slow molotov. Only good thing is con snare which we can get anyways. So perhaps this needa to be looked upon? People are definitely better going for penals and then making a maxim with 10 fuel building and AT guns. I look at these changes and think: 7th person is so poor upgrade. And to spending additionally fuel molotov - which is an absolutely useless unlock and I used it only in beta test and release times, plus MP and it’s good for a little earlier disgusting 7th person.
