The problem with Russian armour is it is al shitty AI tanks in T3,and now they don't fill this roll any more either. So what exactly is the idea with T3? I personally think 40 is cool, it forces zi German to chose carefully when to use it (not spammable at all atm) and it breaks button (costing the same). If a tank is out of position a player should be punished for it, and cheap smoke negates exactly that (30 wasnt cheap, but I like that it will hurt you if you make a mistake using this commander).
