I would imagine, it extracts the stock maps, to your steamapps/common/companyofheroes2/coh2/data/scenarios/mp folder...but i havent tried. Im having trouble with #4 as well, when I run Archive with that command line, nothing seems to happen and nothing has been put into COH2\Data In: Mapping Discussion
Thread: Sector layout and hills.18 Dec 2013, 01:10 AM Quite like the concept with the hill, but not keen on the spider design, would work better with more standardly placed sectors leading to the hill. Thread: Phantom Germans.17 Dec 2013, 20:24 PM Ive been exploring all the models available in the WB, and after spawning a couple of german 250 HTs, there is a bunch of german soldiers on the map that cannot select, move or delete. I deleted the HTs, but the stubborn krauts wont leave Only problem is Ive saved over my backup, so cant go back to an earlier save. Anyone know how to send them packing? In: Mapping Discussion

It's really annoying when it's not possible to see them Edit: Aha, it also depends a lot on the texture you have on your map! With dirt_base it was impossible, but with dirt_muddy_wet it is VERY easy to see the splines! What helped me here was doing it roughly with the overlay OFF and just following the splines, then going back to tidy it up flicking the overlay on and off. In: Mapping Discussion
Thread: Watchtower.17 Dec 2013, 16:51 PM If I want to place a watch tower, should that be used instead of a normal strat point within a sector? i.e. I will now have 9 strat points, and a watch tower, instead of 10 normal point? Thread: Grass not showing in game17 Dec 2013, 14:29 PM Just a wild stab in the dark, but its not to do with your video settings is it? Have you checked you can see grass on an existing map? Sometimes things like that get dumbed down on low settings. In: Mapping Discussion

He should have used his units to force engagements to do damage at the same time as being killed, and called the Ace sooner. When he did call the Ace, he'd already lost half of his army. In: Replays
Thread: What do pro players want in a map?17 Dec 2013, 07:34 AM Hi Nox, I'm aiming to do the same as you. I think player made maps could make it into live rotation, but obviously they will have to be really good and prove popular in the steam workshop 1st. I'm thinking basically a mix of your criteria, small to medium, some houses, not too many, some chokes, ocassional open bits. I want to try have a lot of fun with true sight. I thi k the hardest part is getting a good layout that is interesting, creates good battles and is balanced In: Mapping Discussion
