Thread: Dealing with Early T-7028 Nov 2013, 12:38 PM They are annoying, particularly backed up with snipers. But you can keep delaying them by using fuast then retreat, try to hide around corners and ambush it, if youve managed to get an MG to vet1, the AP rounds (use it in a building) will rip through a T70, meaning you can hold on to a fuel. Also your calc is without any con upgrades, so that should help you fight back until you can pull that p4 out. In: Ostheer Strategies
Thread: Mark Target OP27 Nov 2013, 20:25 PM Fighting against mark target is like fighting against ram, tactics wise, don't over extend your tanks, keep the protected with combined arms. When either of these abilities get activated, you can use smoke and just reverse, even without smoke if you have proper support, they will struggle to get worth from their ability and its either a T34 or 80 muni wasted and you can repair. If your out of position with little support, yeah your screwed. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: soviet defensive commander MG27 Nov 2013, 12:48 PM The power of the unit is that you can spam out cons and DSHKA at tier 0. Cons on their own are already good, but when you throw in MGs as well, off the bat.. it can take time for germans to try dig you off their cut off Cons and Maxims are already powerful together, and you have to build slow T2 for that. Now, take away that building, buff the Maxim (into a DSHKA), and rush a T70 and T34 out before German can do that much. Its certainlly frustrating and powerful. In: COH2 Balance

Once you know they are using Elite troops, aside from getting critical mines down and hopefully massing a few T34 for ramming, its really worth going out of your way to bleed their manpower. If you weaken their inf force, they will either have to wait to call the Ace, or they will call it and have a huge inf disadvantage, this is where damaging its engines is essential then mopping up his inf. Thread: How to kill tiger ace27 Nov 2013, 11:55 AM I really like 2 cons, 2 penal opening too, but I think its better to build 1 con imediatley while engies build, you dont have to wait long to build 1st penal. (for capping purposes). You'd already won when the Ace came, Ace should be called when you have an army, plus probably some MP saved, not 2-3 units lol. If he had an army, Ace would have dealt with the KV8 while inf took out your ZiS. Great play with the ZiS blob and KV8 though, Ive been thinking about this strat, will def give it a go now. If they werent using the Ace, you'd get one or two less ZiS and get an IS2 gg In: Replays
