The long term solution would be a balancing and buffing most of the bulletins to 1.5-2.0 of their current effect and disallowing stacking. Its a bug which was ignored so much people started to take it as something normal. It's not a deployable as MG42/34, 50cal, Vickers or even mortars. As with the 120mm, it's meant to be pushed around (simil to at guns). Again, we may not like it, but it's how it was designed. In: COH2 Gameplay
