Stuka dive bomb has great one shot potential yes it gives a noise but if you don't notice it in the heat of battle...

I have never seen a soviet mine one shot a full hp squad but demo charges yes an I think its fine they cost alot and are easily destroyed by stray mortar shots etc + you need to place them tactically and be aware when squads are near, does kind of suck germans dont have something though, I guess pios can build bunkers which are very useful. 120mm one shots your own units more than the enemys I swear! especially in team games. Out of everything though I see much more rnade squad wipes or guards nades than anything else tbh.

Strafe is op but needs price reduction if its nerfed.

I agree with the current balance problems. I agree that constantly adding new commanders that are unbalanced doesn't add to the "Customer Experience".

What I don't get is the "Fuck you, Relic!" -part. Are they messing with and insulting YOU personally?

If it's so bad, just take your money elsewhere. Leave the gym boneheads to be milked dry of their cash. I like the way they're handling this game, and so far it seems they're putting a sincere effort into balancing the game in the long run. In the meanwhile, I'm sufficiently happy playing and losing due to imbalance and handing out money for extra content. I trust that things will turn for the better.

When I lose that trust, I'll move on and give that money to someone else. No need for QQ.

Totally agree, cant believe how much fuss people are making, its a fact of life stuff costs money get over it! Even if they brought out the commanders for free people would still whine. Its a game, you know one of those things you play in your spare time for fun not a top level sport like some people seem to think. OMFG monopoly is so RNG with those chance cards and Mayfair is so OP I lost yesterday to the dam boot because of that!

Maybe not hard reset as some people spent ages laddering lol but an option to reset if you want would be good, or have global stats and stats from last patch or w/e

I could care less how factions match up for top 200. I'm talking about how the game runs for casual players like me without super micro. And my conclusion still stands: germans are easier for my kind of players. And I'm not alone.

Agreed, for casual play I also find German a bit easier especially in 1v1 #agrens or gren spam ftw. In 2v2 its a little more balanced as you can opposite tech as soviets but even this requires more coordination. Generally amongst players I know, myself included, the win rate is better as German. I find that unless I do very well in the early game as soviets I will generally eventually lose unless its an open map or one with choke points like prpyat for soviet ranged play.

All in all I think the main balance changes needed are the vetting which is been looked at. Atm vet 2 units are just too much due to the essentially more than double hp which also builds nicely with german generally stronger late game, Look at replays, for example the recent really good one with Hans 2v2 against sib and ivan on sem winter was it? The german late game totally saved the day, tigers and vetted pgrens, also shows how utterly useless t34's are late game.

I also saw a game the other day, maybe in the SNF qualifying and it took a t70 like 14 shots to kill a vet 2 FHT with an already disabled engine :/
Whenever you get a vet 2 P4 or FHT as german your so happy because you basically know unless you push too much with it its not going to die all game.

High level play is probably a bit more balanced because the pro's can exploit the strengths/weakness's better but as discussed you need a lot of micro/combined arms with all the units and this is what you see when they play.

Lol one way of putting it what I was trying to get across was that people isolate the units and look at them individually, its easy for stuff to look OP or UP this way. I was trying to say yes the 120mm is powerful but equally there are a lot of powerful German units that crap all over soviet ones in other ways.

If the 120mm was changed I think a range reduction would be tricky as then you may as well not bother and use a more accurate normal mortar, maybe reduce the inbsta gib potential by reducing splash and increasing accuracy and remove precision strike for some other ability. But then again you also have to remember that sometimes the thing is firing 5 times before it even hits a squad so its dps over time is probably not as high as it appears.
Could just leave it the same and make it die really easy if flanked or make it so it cant fire with same range if sitting in base to fix small maps.
