Fair enough losing, but if one has 90 kills in lost game and teamate 12 kills. I just cannot see it anything else but luck, since both players get same ELO points according to win or loss. I go by personal experience (maybe its better in peak times) But I go from rank 2000 to rank 10, 000 like a yoyo. Depending how lucky I am with teamate Thats why I don't care that much really. Well, I find it to be true as well. Especially in early game Late game I find Soviets to be harder to play and less mistake forgiving. But I think the big factor is play styles. Some Soviet strats and builds are very effective but very unforgiving if mistakes are made. In: COH2 Gameplay

I remember COH days, if you get lucky you can jump very high in few games with smurf. Because system would try to pair you vs your true rank even tho you are smurfing In: COH2 Gameplay

Did you win few games in a row, few games due to sync error or people dropping in enemy team? Maybe you just ranked up beyond where your true strength is. Hell you don't even need a blob, just charge 2 conscripts 10 meters apart and the MG is done for. Can't do that with a Maxim! Before anyone gets mad, I'll clarify: A Maxim has a 6 man crew, can reface quickly toward the second squad, and Grenadiers do not have a DoT weapon to force it off. Play more Soviets. You'll win every game You can pin 2 squads with Mg42 in wide arc of fire, but you cannot stop conscripts throwing molotov Any decent player will move out of arc as soon as maxim starts setting up and still be able to flank maxim, maybe maxim will be able to shot but not long enough to pin. facing 2 conscript squads with MG42? pin down and start packing up before they are in range of molotov. facing 2 gren squads with Maxim? pin one down and start moving towards back-up or you lost it if try to fight them off. Both these weapons are SUPPORT weapons. Meaning, they are there to support other infantry, you don't have other infantry with your HMG? Keep whining In: COH2 Balance

Try blinking, don't play in the dark, and try not to have your head 20 cm's from screen for 1 hour constantly.
