I too find it odd that single call in is more expensive than double one but this may be addressed in the upcoming patch so who knows. In: COH2 Balance

I generally directly charge it with upgunned scout cars and smoke screen when buttoned (you know ... the i-win button that gets you out of every bad situstion). Its even easier now that you get smoke screen at the same time as guards come out. If you can't pull off defending against snipers/guards you should really consider playing a different game as this one may be not be aligned with your skillset, or just take the losses and not cry on the forums :/ I suck at sports games ... And instead of complaining about them and expecting developers to dumb them down to my level i just don't play them. Edit: there is nothing wrong with asking how to deal with something I'm sure most people have done that ... But coming in with the nerfguns a blazin' is rediculous Sorry mate but Soviets needed serious tweaking either you agree with it or not. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Nerf the Sturmovik11 Feb 2014, 11:42 AM Who were also wounded or lacking half of their men. I have never seen IL-2 run to kill whole healthy squads on retreat. Lets not exaggerate here because soon we will have the same situation like with Soviet mines which as is now believed kill whole squads with easy all the time. I do understand that some poor guy got his army annihilated in some team game because he clustered his units but as said before for 240 munition this ability better does just that unless someone is happy to pay this amount for what could easily be a shooting recon plane. Every ability is a gamble and has a caveat, a explosive can miss, focus slows SU85 down; Blitzkrieg NEEDS to overheat after use. It's the only active non-passive unit ability that is all Pro and no Con. Overheat has been added as a form of defense against Ram. Your defense against blitz is AT nade available on every Conscript squad. I don't see a valid reason for adding another defense mechanic to it not to forget that the whole you get from Blitz is mobility so in my opinion adding a heavy stun at the end is kind of contradicting the ability itself. Actually Russians get out pretty well with their armor. Realism is already flipped in their favor. Their outdated heavy tanks (KV-1) deflect shots, their outdated T-34/76 goes through German frontal armor. Their Su-85 with primitive optics gets superb range. ISU-152 and IS-2 get a ridiculous high rate of fire. And on a regular basis German heavies can be penetrated by 85mms. Yet that isn´t enough. God forbid the StuG gets buffed. Try to play as Soviet and you will see for yourself. In: COH2 Balance
