It's powerful but slow and it does not have much health at all. Comes out at the same time as a P4. The standard hard counter for tanks (at least 2 AT guns defending each other, not in line) kills it.
It is so very very slow.
Vet 1 ability is hilarious though, I love it against blobs.
Who said it can really hurt a P4? Not from the front definitely.
As usual, the weapon buffs are only to hardpoint 1, which is the main gun for any unit. Vehicle machine-guns are unaffected, and the Churchill Crocodile's cannon is also unaffected since the flamethrower is it's 'main gun'.
There's no designate command vehicle in a croc doctrine so you can't do it sadly
When you, all your teammates and all the other enemy players are competent it becomes a magnified 1v1, like Operation Overlord, many battles under one purpose and 4 armies used for multiple strategies.

They are upping the Tigers penetration, I assume to deal with the Churchill issue a bit. I feel they should probably up the pen on StuGs at this rate too as they don't always pen but always get penned by the churchill. If not then we'll have to get used to using big tank flanks to get to churchill rears and stop escapes like the Soviets with T34s and Americans with M10s
So I quite enjoy the sniper game the Brits and Germans can have, especially in 2v2, bar some slight annoyances.
1. Brit sniper aim time can be a pain in the arse, as the German sniper recloaks so quickly. Can someone confirm if the hold fire toggle does the same thing in VCoH? (You attack click on enemy sniper with hold fire on, sniper aims as enemy recloaks, when enemy reveals himself again you can toggle off hold fire and he will immediately autokill enemy sniper.) I have tried but might not have done it properly.
2. Brit sniper recloak time is a kick in the teeth. If they have two snipers in the open and you let them both fire off a shot before countersniping one, your poor Scots recloak time is so bloody long the enemy sniper will reload and shoot you! That's a Vet 0 German sniper!
3. None of the above is justified through his really minor AT capability, as firing on any vehicle is asking to die even when supported (especially given the accuracy changes vs snipers for light vehicles now).
Also in general I wish all snipers cover seeking AI was increased a lot (more than the level we complained infantry used to have). I'm not a fan of rotating the camera while playing to get the sniper in the correct place and have had him killed before because he was standing a few feet away from the fence/hedge I wanted him in. (When the camo area is behind the terrain from your camera view.)
If you think the brits are so Op just buy them and play them yourself instead of raging into the forums. The thing is called churchill (like that prime minister you know?) just for the record and the mine problem is an old one that has to be fixed, it's not a brit specific problem though. The churchill itself is nothing but a meatshield on tracks and it seems to me that you havent't played the churchill crocodile otherwise your post would look different. And to the AVRE, yes it could use a nerf, but have you ever heard about something called a sturmtiger? Now to the emplacements, yes the brace is a little bit too much, try it with constant fire from mortars or something similar, since nobody will brace all the time. And the centaur, not durable enough to be as op as you would like it to.
Stumbled upon this awesome wartime (I believe) video explaining to new pilots how flak works and the ways allied planes avoid German flak. It's got the old timey animation and was really interesting, I'd recommend giving it a quick watch!
Give ost braced structures for same cost. Shouldn't be a problem now that allies have all the same tanks and equipment statwise to contend or beat german armor? Oh wait, brace OP for evil nazis huhu my bad.
If you love brace and want to brace your structures, just play the bloody Brits.
The mortar pit annoys me, brace annoys me, just like any strong part of every faction when I'm playing against them. The thing is they don't lack their own weaknesses either. I don't want each army to be homogenous; the strength and weakness of each army is endearing to itself.
So tired of people asking for identical buffs to every unit when that has never been this game in any fashion, shape or form.
