It seems that you need to work with your game observation if this is a problem. Most likely KV8 shouldn't come as a surprise for you. And if it does, then Soviet player has just done something right. If you are aware that there's KV8 on the field, then you should be extra careful on capping places with your precious units unsupported. And yes, I do understand what you mean, normal guns don't effect retreating units that well as flames. But this just doesn't seem like big issue. You must really like fire... In: COH2 Gameplay

This is called COMPANY OF HEROES 2. So yes, people may compare it to the predecessor if they like. What's up with bashing on people comparing similar game mechanics to COH1 like it was some kind of shit game everybody hated? I say make soviet mines cost 60 munitions and place 4 little signs around them. Then they may wipe as many squads that manage to walk over them, and blow up a freaking tiger for all I care... Seriously though, 30 munitions for an allround mine is just way to cheap for what it does, just like S-Mines build way to fast. In: COH2 Balance
