As far as I know they are just guys in a mountain division with a bit of different training and equipment. They arent special forces like people seem to think, but an entire division that takes and hold territories same as any other line unit. Why do the soviets need an equivalent unit call in? Germans only have a single infantry call-in, and thats with a single dlc commander. the role of the unit is not to be an op superweapon that requires a rival p2w dlc to counter, but a harassment unit that works with good micro edit: regarding use on summer maps, they would still perform the same role of decapping and harasssing Well their fame derives mostly from their extraordinary combat performance during the fightings in Norway at the beginning of the war. But a complete disabling of the vet ability just makes it equally unfair for that player, as the current state does for the opponent. Be swapping one imbalance for another. Reducing the speed increase to a relative crawl is sufficient. In any case, slower than normal speed or full Blitz speed, but enough to get "some" benefit and pull out at a crawling pace. +1 In: COH2 Balance

The AI, even with the mg upgrade, is one of the worst in the game, next to the Su85 and Elefant. There is no point arguing otherwise, one quick look at CoH2Stats is enough. AT nade critical succes rate from the front is 37%, from the back it is 89% (due to the parabolic trajectory of the nade also possible from the front). You must be referring to 4v4s, right? Blitzkrieg should not work with a damaged engine, otherwise the Panther does not need a (speed-)nerf. And please, for God's sake stop with the subjectivity. Amen. In: COH2 Balance
