You're buffing the IS2 and ISU 152's AT capabilities while presumably keeping their excellent AI dmg? I hope this is not the case. Tanks firing in close proximity and not blowing each other to junk metal on the first shot is not realistic. But there is a line. If we don't care realism, why not have the Japanese army play on the side of the Germans? Or what about letting the Germans field sharks with lasers on their heads? Therefore I would advise you to use PG's at short distances so they can be used most effectively. The Stug E is very weak however it's greatly at sniping enemy unit's whatever their veterancy once it gains it's own stripe of vet. I would use the Stug to snipe infantry at a safe distance and avoid the volley of guard squads rounds if possible as these greatly damage the Stug E. In: Strategy Desk
