This post is aimed at one simple thing - Changelogs and such require a lot of in depth knowledge of the mechanics and stats behind the game. Even experienced people have a hard time to make predictions when so many variables change, so if you think something is OP or UP or whatever, please test it first. Most of the time the assumptions do not hold up to a test
He's a fun guy to play and talk with. Ivan is also very entertaining in his streams, but since I had so much more contact with CieZ he gets my vote.
