It seems there are some good improvements to infantry. Engineers cost less, scout car cost less and has more health and penetration. Cons can do more damage. Guards cost less and upgrade for less. |
Blitzkrieg
- Blitzkrieg enabled German armor to escape potentially deadly situation at a fairly low cost. This placed German armor in a very advantageous position relative to Soviet armor, as they could take greater risk while sustaining lower casualties on average. Other issues, such as awkward movement behavior or unrealistic accuracy, made the ability feel a bit cheap and magical. This change synergizes well with the recent modifications to acceleration, as vehicles will be far more responsive while the ability is active.
- Now provides 1.6x acceleration
- Received accuracy modifier from 0.5 to 0.75
- Speed and accuracy modifier removed
- Munition cost from 40 to 30

I just wanna point out if tarnished reputation is a punishment for any of these players, if they really wanted to continue playing CoH2 without being called out as a known cheater, they could simply use the new Steam library share option, which allows you to grant access to your entire library on another steam account so long as you give it permission. For CoH2, this actually gives you a fresh CoH2 stats sheet, and a new name to boot. When you play automatch, its treated as a fresh account and you have to re-do your provisional games. You can still use all the commanders you purchased on your main account, however the account starts from a fresh rank so bulletins have to be re-earned.
So really, all this did was force those players to ditch their favorite alias as they know it. I'm guessing in future when bans do go out for future cheaters, shared CoH2 accounts will both be banned from automatch? Because currently the family-share feature completely bypasses this punishment, unless of course they really loved their alias.
Very interesting, so I can play some of my friends' games without buying them if they allow me? How is this done? |

You know from what I can see pq is the only one that understands the game and is working on this patch... it's a one man job.
But some things really should have been hotfixed.

Yeah my blood pressure is getting up... and what goes down? Not my anti-infantry capacity but my patience with this once great game...
"once great game" was developed by a different team, the current team is anything but great and so has been this game. The real problem is lack of alternatives. Had their been a strategy game that offered good game play this game would be pretty much dead by now, but there isn't, the whole genera is going extinct. That's why many of us are patient with incompetent relic. |

I smell something really bad here.
You will find plenty of people who will tell you that since you can't get the 222 until 6 minutes of normal game play this difference is normal, but really the 222 is too good now for its cost and the m3 is too bad for its cost. |
