Considering that it is a fuel based upgrade that delays teching, I don't think that's particularly a good think. But I think some of us know relic already has a plan for that. In: COH2 Gameplay

I know there was a bug on mortars in alpha that caused their abilities to freeze if used at the furthest point like when you tried to tell them to move into range and use it. Might be a similar bug.
