As in permanent immobilization until repairs. People try to use it on the move most of the time and thats what causes it to not work so they never use it again. But if the AEC is stationary the ability will work. I'm pretty sure it's not permanent and automatically goes away after a few seconds, but im not home right now to confirm. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: AVRE vs Sturmtiger15 Sep 2016, 13:50 PM The problem isn't wiping, they are supposed to wipe! Stop with the constant nothing should ever be wiped mentality. The problem is the sturm not giving the player enough warning for the amount of damage they do. In a recent game I had 2 shermans wiped by a sturmtiger from behind a building when I had no way of even knowing it was on the field yet. How is that fair? The sturm isn't even that expensive. Thread: Opinions about double weapon racks13 Sep 2016, 21:25 PM Bars are fine. They still require rifles to get closer to really be effective, so HMGs and heavy cover still works against them. And USF having a slight infantry advantage is pretty necessary for USF late game to really work sometimes. USF LMGs on the otherhand are a problem. It makes rifles better at the range the germans are generally better at. They end up easily capable of just a moving right through german infantry and even Hmgs. I'm not too sure about brit LMGs. There usually arent as many IS running around as you would see on rifles on USF. Usually there are 2-3 at most, and they are useless against armor and A-moving is discouraged by the cover machanic. I usually find that there are much better things to spend muni on then mass LMGs. In: COH2 Balance

They should reward you for expensive teching instead of relying on cheap call ins. Yes it should. But you can't do that if the other side can't equally tech. And that's what it was like in the first year of the game, and it was terrible. Because one side had a late game and the other didn't ostheer clearly had an advantage as the game went on, and to compinsate soviets had to have a dominating early. Both sides complained and here we are. The game still suffers for that bad early design. If I had my way every faction would have a T4 and every call-in would require tech. In: COH2 Gameplay
