The backbone of OKW and Wermacht is completely broken now and even more suscpetible to soviet cheese. Then the puretroll comes in complaining about the reload speed of T-3476. It is literally rubbing salt into the wounds. This is a player that claimed OKW was easy to use only to get rushed by rifles and loses within the first 10 minutes of multiple games. Then continues to advocate against Axis thats what pisses me off. He maxim spams each game and now this will be more effective with LMG nerfs to axis whose infantry revolves and relied upon this to great degree. In: COH2 Balance

I think having to tech twice for Pgrens isn't a viable option cause by the time you commit to this they have a small swarm of unstoppable troops. They win in close combat so WHY would they be a range unit when rushing up is a winning choice now. They can smoke our MGs, mortors are risky cause they out number you so its to likely one will go chasing it. BARs eat scout cars like no tomorrow. snipers can bleed them sure, but they will just rush him as well so a early sniper wont save you. All I can think is double mg early game. give up on trying to hold your sides fuel as allies always rush German fuel; cause if you get caught moving a mg, its good by squad. Suggestions? Have you ever play as USF? riflemen dont beat grens in all circumstances.grens beat rifles at long range, rifles win at close range and maybe be a bit better in mid range. Also rifles are quite squishy in the later game and their at rifle nades take ages fire. Smoke requires a upgrade which is quite expensive and will slow teching a fair bit. Getting your mortar or sniper rushed is not a balance. gren are still the best squad in the game In: Ostheer Strategies
Thread: USF AT abilty.7 Sep 2014, 20:46 PM All I think all USF need is AT mines which dont require you to tech to t2 and build a specific vehicle. Feel like they need easy access to a snare as german armour are stupidly fast with blitz or can take a huge amount of punishment and the just drive away. I know the AT mines currently are awesome and can kill any armours engine but they seem too expensive to get with teching and vehicle cost. I feel like usf need a more spammable at mine even if it didnt do heavy engine damage. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Rifleman is not op vs okw?5 Sep 2014, 00:25 AM I dont think riflesmen are OP. They are strong early game but seem to get worst as the game moves along. I alway find if I dont keep a close eye on them in the late game they get wiped. Plus to make them better you have to spend alot of munition. Do think the double lmg is op tho but I think LMG's at moment are broken. In: COH2 Balance

I don't see any reason for a nerf to its stats, it already is the worst in terms of damage and has a ridiculous long reload speed (which sometimes effectively turns the gun completely useless in a fight because the gun won't reload between fights, so it can run out of munition at the start of a fight and let the enemy just walk through the firing arc). It is also terrible in buildings compared to Maxim (never seen American HMG in building, but stats would indicate it should be similar). As long as Maxim isn't touched, a nerf to MG34 shouldn't even be in question and MG42 should be brought in line with the MG34 rather than the other way around. mg34 or maxim which one would you choose in a fight? Suggestion are : price increase to 240mp or change to 2cp Or slight nerf to bring it inline with its price, cp and teching requirements. Thoughts? In: COH2 Balance

As I see it the mech doctrine is only good in some situations and on open mapswith minimal buildings on it. In: OKW Strategies
