I've more or less decided on a Radeon 7970, but I'm unsure about mobo and CPU. CoH2 is easily the biggest resource hog among the few games I play, and since I'm not going to buy more than one GPU, I will be GPU bound in any case, so I'm wondering whether the I3-3240 would be sufficient for my needs or if I should go for the I5-3570; there's ~150USD difference here in Denmark. Which mobo would you recommend for either, considering that I probably won't bother with OC? Just in case u were still looking the new ati r7/R9 Series is out! In: Hardware and Tech

Now I tried the game and I get black screen and nothing else..... its like it freezes.. I have the latest driver for my gpu 320.49 - should I re install my drivers? u can try this (drivers) may be even a new beta 1 . You have not got any weird programs running that may b the problem?
