Thread: Strategy in Company of Heroes 214 Jan 2014, 20:25 PM I just feel the game is losing it's playerbase as time goes on. I have tremendous amounts of difficulty finding games at this stage, when I thought after the massive steam reduction sales would bring more players. It could well be the strategic depth of this games relies on commanders (most of which you have to purchase). I do enjoy the game, especially now, I feel it's very well balanced besides a few minor things here and there. However how many times can I play the same guy without it getting boring. Where the hell is everyone!!?? Unfortunately I inly think it will get worse unless something changes. In: Lobby
Thread: MG42's getting sniped by scripts and shocks 13 Jan 2014, 17:16 PM This MG42 problem is a bit annoying. Whats more annoying to me is the way the Mg42 will just sit and not fire for a good few seconds while a squad is running at them, whats the deal!? Even more hair pull worthy is when I stick my mg42 in Semois church, a con squad casually waltz's by past the church to my strat point. Lol.. It takes so damn long for the MG to setup and fire. I do not remember this in Coh1. Yes yes I know you can click the mg42 and click the unit you want it to fire at but sometimes I am not looking or microing elsewhere. I stick it in the house expecting it to lock down an area for a second. In: COH2 Gameplay

If everything was face roll easy the game wouldn't be fun. That and I was poking fun at everyone losing their minds about shocks, when in reality the two units are quite similar. Thread: Why is IS2 so godly, and tiger is so shitty?10 Jan 2014, 17:49 PM The 1v1 match vs a tiger and IS2 is heavily RNG dependent. Sometimes the IS2 will get multiple crew shocks in a row forcing a tiger to run, sometimes it will get none. Ive seen tigers stand up to 2 IS2 and vica versa. Its kind of stupid and random. But I think stats wise the Tiger wins. I agree the IS2 is a damn good all purpose tank. Wipes infantry clean off the map all over the place. There is no amount of micro that can prevent squads from not bunching, that's just a fail of the AI. But none of these tanks needs buff/nerfs. PLEASE In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Panzergrens10 Jan 2014, 17:22 PM Guards stand up fairly well against pgrens. Don't forget too that by the time pgrens hit the field your cons should have some vet to stand up to them a little. Pgrens will win but be bloodied and bruised after charging a vet 2 con squad, or may even lost against a vet 2 con squad with ppsh (speaking for vet0 pgrens). In: COH2 Balance
