Thread: CoHO, bulletin crafting, profitability18 Sep 2014, 20:26 PM Admittedly their Charge model was not very well thought out - they had poor value for your dollar. Something like the Schultz's panther cost something ridiculous like 25 cents per game because it required so much charges to resupply. There was also a balance where you could equip a perfectly sustaining loadout and still be net positive, thus making the game perpetually free for all players except those who were bad at math. Infantry doc was OP, Airborne doc was OP, Armor doc was OP, Blitz doc was OP, Terror doc had all the trolls, Defensive was OP. When you buff everything to the logical extreme, it was a slugfest of raging proportions, and that made it extremely fun. God damn I miss those times. There was also a hero called the Iron Horse Sniper that was never released outside the Asian market, and it was a 2-man sniper team. Back then everyone knew it would be a bad idea, and look what we got in CoH2. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: why some units stay suppressed so long?18 Sep 2014, 05:28 AM Units have an invisible suppression meter. The longer it's taken MG fire, the longer it takes to unsuppress. If it takes too long, the unit changes from suppressed to pinned. The suppression recovers slowly and only when not fired at. If suppressed and being shot at by weak units (even if RE, or rear gunners for weapon teams), expect to be suppressed indefinitely. In: COH2 Gameplay

I'm not sure what happened there, but it's a shame. Great map overall, I love the atmosphere and small details. The only thought I have on the map is the southern side feels a bit neglected because it only contains the fuel, whereas the top side has the fuel flanked by both munition points. In: COH2 Bugs
Thread: Pathfinders18 Sep 2014, 00:50 AM The only semi-niche use I have for Pathfinders are for spotting Jacksons. I find the beacons not necessary because of the Ambulance. With proper attention given to the Ambulance, moving up the lines when the Germans are pushed back, or just plain driving it around, the mobile reinforce point already gives me all I need to aggressively maintain my pushes.
