Either the guy called "lepractioner" has a game sense like devm or luvnest or he started to maphack. Also in the conversation he didnt say he does not map hack, he would rather say to not report him. He always knew where to set up, when to push, where to push. 1., how you came to watch 2 nonames? 2. Who is this smurf? your account?^^ 3.
