It's a waste of fuel, imo, it just delays you getting an SU-85 out faster. When you just rush for the su-85 you often will have problems with the infantry of the german player.The su 76 with its barrage is great against inf.Also it offers light at and you have fast a heavy vehicle on the battlefield which gives you an advantage.
