Changing maxims now would be Soviet suicide. Cons cannot hang with OKW at all so in 1on1 you won't be seeing a lot of Soviets. In 2on2 I still opt to barely use cons. I think Cons might need a buff in long rang dps now to survive OKW.
In 2on2 I pretty much see a lot of the following.
Maxims, with mortars and AT guns....then tanks. It either works...or it doesn't but it never locks in a win so maxims don't need to be nerfed anymore.
Elite Riflemen should be available right away THEN you get a cooldown. I still use them but they don't make or break anything at the moment and are virtually useless since they don't come out until your 4th unit. I know they are still decent but it's supposed to be a commander, make it useful. |

I bet this strat would have beaten some panicking lesser ranked players. It was essentially working better than I was expecting.
Had you had the ass engies lay a nice demo somewhere...might have ended sooner, hehe. |

Easy 8's are nothing OKW can't handle when you are prepared. I've had a fleet of them die just to at guns and shreks like they are tin foil. |

So just played a match to where this OKW guy gets pushed off the map but you can see the potential of making a comeback.
Non stop anti-Inf barrage to push me back. Lots of AT guns in his base.
It ends as it should with my early VP win however at the end I noticed an insane amount of dmg done from him even though he lost way more units. I'm thinking because he had no armor to attack and he did but it just seemed very weird to see a score like that.
Almost got a Sherman 8 stolen....almost.
Why wont this replay parse. Its the new patch, what gives? |

Now...I'd say this is a must see on how good a JagTiger can be and how bad you can play.
Things to look for.
Terrible unit preservation by OKW yet Terrible Tank preservation by US.
Then.....Awesome comeback by OKW losing all main bases like a nub.
Then.....well....shit. Ouchy.
