For Katyusha, that reduces significantly the chance of a random hit, and on Stuka it would reduce retreat wipe potential (as demonstrated by VonIvan, and which has a heritage of precedence and problems from DoW2. Specifically the IG LGs offmap artillery crawl) and some more leeway to respond and move out of the linear AoE train. As to Panzerwerfer, well, Ost T4 has been overpriced and univerally recognised as such, since forever. Didnt Panzerwerfer use to be T3? Panzerwerfer used to be in T3, it resulted in PZ IV and panzerwerfers in every game, and still no T4 (even Elephant was in T4 back in the day) In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Tank Penetration vs Range graph and statistics2 Jul 2014, 16:31 PM I found that combining 2 penetration bulletins for ZIZ 76mm ATG has the following result: 5% + 4% penetration bulletins, giving an VET 3 ZIZ a total of 246.6 penetration at long range and having 256.6 at medium, and 266.6 at close range, personally i think Ziz is the best AT for the soviets, atleast when vetted, "The SU-85 gains more mobility and faster reload but no bonuses for penetration" In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Anti tank weapons killing infantry2 Jul 2014, 16:24 PM I had 3 AT guns fire on their own to a enemy approaching blob of 4 volks (volksgrenadier squad), they each fired 1 shot, but in that they missed their original target, and the shots landed behind the first volks killing 5 volks soldier models, so usually when AT guns manage to hit a single squad, that is just luck with RNG, but when shooting to a blobs of infantry you dont even have to be accurate to score some hits In: COH2 Balance
