This level of damage cannot be intentional, including the ability to kill okw trucks. Second, the jagdtiger was reversing when the smoke came down, and it was not the Katyusha that stunned it, it was the first shell. Third, if this was indeed intentional, it does not justify having this level of damage in an offmap, saying 'what else are you supposed to use to kill it' means that unless you have this ability you are gimped. Thread: Oorah does NOT convey combat bonuses.18 Oct 2013, 17:25 PM I cringe every time I see this. Please for the love of god stop doing this. Oorah gives conscripts a flat +1 movement speed bonus. It does NOT convey any other combat bonuses. It also prevents conscripts from firing while moving, so you're actually hurting your own damage output. One of the loading tips does say it improves their combat effectiveness, and the AI does use oorah while standing still and firing; however these might be a holdover from when it did give combat bonuses. Please stop doing this and save your munitions! In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Unused abilities18 Oct 2013, 16:54 PM Also the heat round ability is 1000 penetration. Guaranteed damage. (damn mobile phone put 100 before edit) Isu-152 concrete piercing has the same damage and penetration as a regular shot, but will go through any and all obstacles in the way. In: Lobby
Thread: Unused abilities18 Oct 2013, 16:33 PM Infantry detection also increases sight radius. Using this on an su-85 using focused sight gives some tremendous view range. I'm not sure if vehicle detection also increases sight radius. Mg42 incendiary gives 9 penetration, which makes it very good vs stuff like Vet shocks. It can also severely harm t70s, and even t34s. Shoot a t34 in the rear and the damage is surprisingly high. In: Lobby

Strange, I've never actually seen (or can't remember ever seeing) an IS2 stun a tank on a bounce. Maybe because it fires so slowly and the shells, when they do hit, more often than not penetrate what they hit? AFAIK only the Brumm, IS2, ISU, and Tiger have the chance to stun crew via deflects. Stugs, Paks, and other assault guns stun 100% of the time with the Vet 1 ability only- unless you're saying your opponent had a Tiger and a vetted Stug chain-stunning the IS2, in which case that's an unfortunate fact of life. I'd be happy with the complete removal of the whole deflect-stun thing in favour of a proper stat buff or cost drop. At least that way you get what you pay for all the time. He's talking about heat rounds. In: COH2 Gameplay
