I agree sturmtiger is sick on urban maps. KT is a safer choice though. The thing is that the Sturmtiger is guaranteed fun, even on open maps. Its a little bit absent on the field compared to KT and Jagdtiger due to shoot, retreat and reload mechanism, but can be so devastating when it hits your target. In: OKW Strategies
Thread: Ostheer and Soviets obsolete?19 Apr 2016, 09:19 AM I cant really judge this myself as I started this game with OKW because my mate told me to start with it. Recently started playing Brits too. Also enjoy that a lot. I think Brits and OKW are somewhat limited in teching posibilities compared to Soviet and Ost so there is their downside in that. Jagdtiger shines when you protect its flanks well and have plenty of sight to rek allied tanks from the fog of war. Not so potent on urban maps. In: OKW Strategies

This would, in my opinion, mean that the fuel prices of the schwerer tanks should be reduced(after the price increase few patches back). They are pretty expensive if you get a luchs, puma or stuka first. Replacing the schreck with a panzerfaust would be a sufficient change. - Reduce their starting MP Why? Because OKW has early advantage? They lack midgame imo. This would be unbalanced if their early is equal to all the other factions. - Inc nades animation time increased. Again, why? You can see volks before they are close enough to even throw a nade. There is your buffer to react. It also doesnt do much damage impact. - All free goodies should require separate teching I think you are talking about the schrecks here? - SHreck stat profile mirrored from zook or swapped with PzB altogether. Agree. - Sturmpioneers cost changes (Including reinf) reverted. I dont know about the previous cost. Cant judge. - Kubelwagon capping ability removed and the lmg34 stats improved, adding a fuel cost Like adding surpression or just dmg? Because imo, it would become useless without surpression. You cant pick okw against soviets since they have huge issues (mostly maxims) against them, that's why ostheer got picked alot because the can counter the maxim cheese more likely. Personally, I dont 1vs1 OKW anymore because I feel like I dont have the right units to hold ground on my own. Also because I rarely play alone. Used to get quick luchs when playing against maxim spam though. In: Lobby
