here's an easier hint: buy two or three. they are cheap and easy to reach critical mass.
two at a minimal. three if you're feeling sadistic. don't bother with the sherman.
but if you find yourself in position where you forced to fight vetted axis infantry with cons you should ask yourself what you did wong to allow this to happen
what we did wrong? the fact that we are still using conscript into the late game?
the conscript cost 6 pops. Even engineers get into fights.
as weak as the conscript, the soviet are strong enough to over come their weakness. the faction overall feel really strong at the moment even if the conscript is little more than cannon fodder.
if you want to make the conscript actually useful, it would require some kind of firepower upgrade to make them scale. I wouldn't buff the conscript without nerfing something. the most obvious place would be the conscript's dodging bonus at vet 3.
The Soviet got a massive buff last patch. Nothing really stand out to me atm but they just feel overall strong. the buff to the t34/76 buffed the t34/85 as well. the Su-85 also feels a bit too strong.
the british still have the worst winrate of the allies. The wehr and OKW have to face USF and Soviet, the brits don't. the emplacement is really the only thing giving me problem.
The usual, it performs better then axis equivalent, the argument that "its costs more" falls on deaf ears
If the range bug is still there, it should be fixed, if its not, well... should have 60 range and be done with it.
260 mp is nowhere near expensive enough for how good the USF 81mm is. It's the fastest firing and most accurate mortar in the game. It also have the best veterancy among mortar as well. it would need to be ~320 mp to justify its current performance.
