At same time For a period, most dont go tigers because it is too late and too limited in use. The AI reliability buff gave it a good spot Heavy stall is a symptom of other sickness rather than click to win. And wehr is most sick here I wont even call it a stall. Cause i feel the costs of t3 + tiger is same as allies t4 In: COH2 Balance

Wehr is also less capable to deal with heavies AT. In other words, too much cap on heavies affect wehr negatively the most. Also i dont think tigers are that op outside it's late rof vet. To push it beyond 30min mark, then it should perform better not worse. Coming up against vetted 60td and ATg. Why would you even use it? In: COH2 Balance

I see why ukf is not used in last tourney, but was it purely UP faction or just there are better more suitable factions in high stakes 1v1 ? Is ukf that worse than wehr, in pure performance? I thought modteam wont take small samples to guide the changes? IS vs grens is looking worse now. Did mod team forget wehr existence? Its performance is worst in that tourny. Even against volks, pure buff... Ukf - pure pure buffs Almost as if ukf is bad performance? Now even flame arty deal less damages? Yet okw trucks get whacked at distance? Okw also gets nerfs here. Usf somehow get nades buff? Sov guards need buff while pfusilers lost snares.. Its like axis won the last tourny comfortably...and need balancing In: COH2 Gameplay

It also makes HVAP useful because now you will not penetrate every allied vehicle with the stock round. Then after those changes it can be made slightly cheaper to compensate for the performance nerfs. wont happen. I doubt jackson will ever be touched. The last recent nerf was a +5 fuel. I will suggest more KT to doctrine. Replace it with supply truck. Then reduce 60Td to 55Td and reduce their vet bonuses. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: jackson armor nerf22 Jan 2020, 07:00 AM Another call out for usf m1 ATg. Imo best around, cheap faster and still deadly. The coh2 meta has been speed and more speed, more apm. Rather than careful position and repositioning. Simply not enough time for such deliberate plays. M1 also seem to vet up faster. Likely due to its rof and axis tanks giving higher xp In: COH2 Balance

It's pretty common to see USF players with 2-3 M36s in team-games, which means up to 12 M36s in total. A panther just can't dive that - neither can a bunch of panthers. Additionally, Axis (ost in particular, imo) is much more reliant on vehicles as AI than most other factions, which means less pop-cap is available for spamming panthers. Most games I simply don't have the room for more than 2. Yes this! Ok maybe not 3 60td per mates. Usually i meet 1-2 60td per mates with ATg. In any case, seems 60td is most oppressive in 2v2 games. The only time i dared to dive if i know enemy tank is half health with no snares infantry in sight, and im having good resources. The cost/risk/rewards of panther diving is poor these days. A snares or mines and you are gambling a more expensive unit against a cheaper one. Most games i play panther no differently than 60td, wait and snip, only without the extra 10 range. The extra hp and armor dont give me confidence in its reliability Now im training tiger, hoping to get its rof vet bonus asap. Panther is too expensive and scales poorly late games. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: A wild idea on OST T422 Jan 2020, 06:35 AM No you did not mention 60td nerf earlier and got my attention. Anyway maxim is as good as can be for Soviet composition. Any buff to suppression, it becomes a 50cal, replacing it with vickers clone, it becomes .. a clone. Soviet doesn't need to play like wehr(some of you should be thankful). And if you get wiped frontally, you are doing something wrong. Likewise wehr mg42 gets wiped when trying to reposition. Of course we still haven't get into details about maxim/Vickers with cons merge or fact wehr grens are worst at flanking and shooting down weapon teams. Yes maxim is great in 2v2 and above. Supplementary in 1v1. As good as it should be As for t70 and tiger, big difference. Tiger is more like a crutch, a walking stick to help wehr. Fact is tiger only change is more reliable AI and comes early. So its counters are still the same. If it were op, we should seen higher axis/wehr win rates. T70 in hands of pros is simply op against wehr 1v1, at least commonly agree here. Since im not pro or play 1v1, i didnt comment on t70 op. In 2v2, i don't find t70 as oppressive as shown.
