Sorry to disagree OP, I've got a slight German bias but things aren't all that bad. OKW I agree is at a disadvantage 1v1 but it's not such a huge divide. A suggestion for AT is get 2x Pueppchen and then Jagdpanzer. Keep the pueppchens behind the Jagd, one on either side. SO when he flanks with t3s, the pueppchens can puepp away. If he flanks a Puepp with the tank, turn the Jagd. Then use these while you save fuel for a turretted tank. I definitely recommend playing 1v1 as Sovs and US to see what other players are doing with OKW. Try to copy what is effective. In: COH2 Balance |

That's a good solution. Make it so they can supress one unit but if you give them a new command (eg change target the ability ends. I think it's good that a doctrinal upgrade comes with a special ability but it's currently a bit too good. Either a small muni cost or a long cooldown after the ability (if it's free from muni cost) or a pack-up time (not set-up) should be included. So If you flank and nade them, there is a consequence for not microing. Everyone who is saying "Ermahgerd, get tanks, derp" needs to post some replays of them getting tanks when their opponent has T3. Or just post their player cards so we can how often they've had to play against this. In: COH2 Gameplay |

This. This is the root of the issue. If it insta-jibs, it does so only once a minute, not every 6 seconds. You hear it coming and you can reduce its impact by avoiding it and by not clumping units together. When I play OKW, I often take a Priest barrage to the face after a retreat and lose half my army. I don't blame the Priest, I blame my choice of base position and respect my oponnent's timing. I accept it as a result of choices I have made, not as a mistake of the game. Accept your mistakes, learn to improve. The only problem units are the Jagdtiger and the ISU. In: COH2 Balance |

Actually OKW and Wehr also have a hard time with garrisoned units. Wehr CAN get a flamethrower but with soviet mines still so dangerous, they really have to get a sweeper. I'd say: Avoid the garrison where possible Try to find cover around it Try to get to garrisons first. I agree it's a pain, all you can do is go elsewhere or try to get to the building first if it's an important position. In: COH2 Balance |
