Thread: Stug III vet3 armor (video)4 Feb 2014, 22:53 PM I think Stug III is a tank that should be modified its stats. I have noticed weak frontal armor at vet0. But I did not expect that... after doing a hard work vetting it to vet3, It would be that weak. When I finally got matched (it was always the same guy), he only wanted to defend his base (layed wire around it). I then decided to leave the alpha. Especially, I see a problem in not being able to have the alpha installed as a separate install (or is there?). If there is a way to separately install it, I return to it. That's the main reason why I did not participate in the Alpha test. I can only play a couple games per day and I can't wait the time to download the patches if I want to switch from the Alpha to the normal version. In: Lobby

If they come at 3cp... let them come with high armor. It's mad atm how it is: they start with that high armor, and if they reach vet2 they get a 30%-40% armor buff. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Sniper in Scout Car30 Jan 2014, 14:43 PM That's true Walther, but in my oppinion, a player with 2v2 games experience can talk about balance too. I agree with you that AT nade is a hard counter to 222 (and you don't need Guards). I think, Ooray ability should have a penalization after the ooray it's done (same as Rangers in COh1). I still don't have a good counter based on skill to counter that snipers, just waiting for the russian player to make a mistake. In: COH2 Balance

I told him to add me to play with or vs him, so he can demonstrate me his great counter vs snipers. He did not add me yet (and I think he will not). Btw he says that use a commander (lighting war, not a FREE COMMANDER) with G43 and Tiger tank on it to counter that strat. I agree that G43 works great but the vanilla G43 commanders sux at the late game. That's why is not a real counter for me. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: AT guns snipe infantry too often27 Jan 2014, 16:38 PM +1 Turtle. There shouldn't be hard to implement a Toggle button for "Target Vehicles only" in AT guns. I hate it when a single troop retreating reveals the position of my PAK just because it's on sight. Btw, Pak cammo should be available at least in vet 2. In: COH2 Balance
