Thread: Suggestion - Small Soviet Defensive Tactics buff13 Apr 2019, 12:05 PM I would merge light mines and tank traps and give it the forward assembly. Since the rework it is a decent defensive option. I would honestly swap one of the unit unlocks for an ML-20. Rather than just being a 100% Tier 2 replacement it can bring something mid game. Probably the 120mm, to avoid stacking the indirect too hard In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Grenadier Vet 1 and Medkits13 Apr 2019, 12:00 PM The Medic Pack is the UKF primary option because their medic 'bunker' is 250mp, arrives only after teching and also buying an engineer squad, and using that squad for ages to build a forward assembly in your base. The Ost HT is a lot more durable than the USF ambulance to become a mass healing point, though. In: COH2 Balance

Halftracks are only rarely used as reinforcement in 1v1, they're prolific in 2v2 and up from decent Ost players. 5mu is also sort of ridiculous. Nothing is that cheap any more. At ranges 10/20/35 M2HB has 25.92/17.235/8.015 DPS MG42 has 27.67/18.401/10.077 DPS Since it deals faster suppression than the HMG 42 (0.74s vs 1.042s at mid range) the effective DPS would be even lower. I was always under the impression, though it could be wrong, that the 42 spread the damage across the squad while the others focused a model. At least burst by burst. Could be wrong. It's one I never looked into too much, to be honest, but I do entirely anecdotally get frustrated with bursts not suppreasing with the vickers more than the MG42 In: COH2 Balance
