Thread: Assault Guards M5 HT18 Feb 2020, 19:59 PM While the bundle of the an M5 + guards is far cheaper than these units would separately cost, ending up having 2-3 M5 HTs is not very favourable imo. Personally I would rather pay munitions for the thompsons, similar to how normal guards pay for their lmgs, over paying fuel each time I want to deploy assault guards. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Change to Airlanding officier16 Feb 2020, 20:31 PM I'm not a fan of the new officer charge ability. I get it that now it gives some actual combat bonus as well, but having a bunch of squads sprint (including the officer as well) was just as useful. I guess the preview charge will stay, but then I'd like to require one change: it should be applicable to the officer too or make it have a sprint ability without any combat bonuses that affects only the officer. This and the charge abilities would share cooldown. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Ostheer Tech Restructure10 Feb 2020, 22:30 PM Building upon the B proposal, what if the Stug E becomes a non doctrinal, standard ostheer unit that comes in the new T3? (while it gets replaced by command P4 in the defensive and mechanized doctrines... definitely fits the former, but Tiger + CP4 combo for the latter may be a bit op) I feel like a Stug G might be a little too strong for the new T3, but a Stug E, with slightly improved AT stats (or ability to switch ammo) would help to fill the ostheer light vehicle gap. I saw the proposal of adding short barrel P4 with reduced health for this role, but visually it would be a bit weird imo, if the same P4 model has less health than regular P4. In: COH2 Gameplay

I'd hate to have a useless bulletin just sitting around if this unit is going to be losing a piece of kit they've had since they were introduced with the faction. Snipers with smoke is both, weird and prone to abuses I mean, british snipers are like having the pyrotechnics upgrade by default, they already could throw a signal smoke for the base arty. If someone commits into a sniper instead of more sections, one of which could be a pyro squad, then I don't think it would be a notable buff for the sniper. This would be the same smoke barrage as the one the pyro IS uses and thus shares the global cooldown too. In: Lobby
