...only in P4 and below, Panthers, KT's, and other heavies just have their movement slowed.
M6 mines deal immobilize critical to every vehicle.
It doesn't. Only its MGs fire on the move. It has to be stationary to fire the AA gun, which is what suppresses.
The MGs can keep units suppressed, but so can Combat Engineers.
The .50 cals also deal significant suppression, while moving. In fact these deal more suppression than an MG 42 if I'm interpreting the tables correctly. It suppresses squads in 1-2 seconds and deals large AOE suppression too. All while moving around.

Don't know about bots but I do know number names can simply be people who had their Steam nickname removed (because it was offensive or whatever) and haven't bothered to replace it. When Steam removes a nickname they give an account a random number as a name by default. |
Should just decrease its damage and make it more like regular artillery, firing 3 shells or something with a bit better AOE than the ML-20. It's a boring solution I know but the current 'all or nothing' charactaristic is impossible to balance. It's either too frustrating to use (if its bad) or too frustrating to be on the receiving end (if its good). |
I usually go Special Operations and rush at least 2 Obers with IR STG 44 and then watch PPSH Cons melt like butter. They have no trouble dealing with Shocks either. Or any infantry really. Just need to back them up with AT for when the inevitable tank shows up. If you manage to get them beyond vet 3 they become terminators. They put Fallschirmjäger to shame.
Another option is 2x Sturmpioneer build with Feuersturm flamethrowers, who can also deal with any CQC infantry because the flamer deals massive damage alongside the 3x STG 44. I only use those on garrison heavy maps though. |
I think KV-8 should start with less pen for the gun but gain the current values at vet 2 or vet 3. This gives the German player some time to react and develop counters to KV-8 (like Panther) while their T3 can somewhat hold a stock KV-8 back. If the threat is ignored and the KV-8 is allowed to vet up, it should then be very dangerous to deal with using only ATG and T3. |
Lend-lease Churchill might be a fun addition for the Soviets, although I'm not sure if it's distinguishable enough from the KV-1. |
Performance is fine I think but the cost should go way down. Around 250 manpower and 30 fuel. Maybe make the side skirts standard issue. |
Since a few days I've been getting pretty bad camera input lag. It doesn't react to input for 1-2 seconds and then flies off way too far into commanded direction. Which is weird because normally I almost never have any sort of lag. |
...what?
Then what's the point of the upgrade for Ostheer?
As far as I recall, damage-wise, the G43s Grenadiers get have just a tiny, microscopic increase to damage at medium or close range, and a bit of a boost to accuracy on the move.
No, the G43 upgrade for Grenadiers gives them almost twice as much DPS (compared to K98) close range, about 40% extra at medium ranges and still a bit higher DPS at far range. The accuracy on the move modifier is 80% rather than the K98's 50% so that's a huge increase of moving DPS. Compared to MG 42 the G43s offer much higher DPS up to range 11, but the MG 42 can't fire on the move obviously. So for whoever wants to play agressively or when the map is largely CQC, the G43s are a great upgrade. Much cheaper to get as well. |
It was completely unbalanced but also a shitton of fun because of all the ridiculous units and variety. I remember the Fatherland MG 42 that had passive sprint in friendly territory and could always run away if flanked, Venerable Volksgrenadiers that was super cheap but could only walk, pioneers that could do everything camouflaged, PAK that could fire from camouflage, Motorcycle that could throw grenades, USF engineers that had a BAR, and the list goes on.
Commanders was just throwing OP shit at each other and hoping your shit was more OP, like surviving a USF tank rush that had god mode field repairs just because you yourself could call in fully flushed out double Panzershreck running-in-camouflage Stormtroopers and a cheap Tiger. Then retaliating by using flares to call in a huge rocket strike on the US base. It was glorious.
As long as you didn't take it serious it was so much fun. Such a shame they shut down the servers. |
