Thread: Vote to decide Community 1v1 Tournament27 May 2019, 20:28 PM Hey AE, i will vote for Commander Vetoes but i would like to encourage you to do the Vanilla Showdown at a later time in a different format. The idea has huge potential! My idea would be: Vanilla Showdown - 5 Teams with 4 players participate - 2 & 1vs1, 1 & 2vs2 will be played in each "team showdown" - 2v2 players CANT play the 1vs1 - Every win grants 1 point - All teams play against each other - Team with most points win It would combine 1vs1 and 2vs2 formats and would create really special teams. Players had to make strategic decisions in which format they want to play. What do you think? In: Events Central

Also quite critically, both sides were somewhat evenly matched, so its kinda easy to feel comfortable with equal sides in pitched battle, which is what makes WW2 setting so intriguing. +1 In: Lobby

As long as Brits have bolster stock upgrade and Soviets can get 7 men conscripts there is no reason why OSt SHOULD NOT get his own stock upgrade to improve the unit size. 2. Give OST the 5-men/1G43 stock upgrade but make it later available than the upgrade from German Infantry. 3. 5-men stock upgrade available after setting up Support / Heavy Panzer corps. "German Infantry" will still be attractive because you can get the upgrade earlier and Ost has to fight the majority of the game with 4 men units. But when the arty slugfest starts the faction finally can field 5 men squads who dont die like flies. It would improve the late game of a faction that is designed to dominate the late game.
