The fast arrival of the AEC was justified when UK did not have snare options. This time is long over. Its simply not ok that the AEC can arrive sooner than the Luchs / or that the Luchs barely have any window to operate even if the fuel control was split. In: COH2 Balance

At some point a definitive approach will be chosen that will apply to both commanders. The idea of 2 different approaches for a certain unit / ability is great and will save a lot of time. Gives OKW the option to go for an earlier MG, and more affordable backtech for LEIG and Medics. Fantastic job mirage et al. Stuka change was necessary for sure. Will require further testing. +1 I think so too! The BG changes are really good and give players a lot of flexibility. Thats exactly how well designed teching should work. All in all the changes to OKW seem promising but Im still not sure that the faction can compete with Brits. I would like put an idea to discussion to make OKW teching even more interesting: Make "Thorough Salvage" a side tech option, buildable in the Hq This could be a nice and faction fitting idea to compensate for OKW's inability to build caches. Instead of getting constant resources via cashes OKW players could double down on salvaging. This would give the OKW tech an interesting economic dimension and would free a slot in the Scavange commander. In: COH2 Balance

Its a huge disadvantage for the faction, especially if you play double OKW (ok, nobodoy does atm. When OKW was really strong and had op units this design decision made sense. It's USF and UKF that are too strong now compared to OKW and considering Soviets got more nerfs than buffs with the recent patch I don't see how this is going to change. They finally need to do something to make OKW playable against UKF and reduce some of the over the top units USF has. Also Ostheer has gotten so many buffs over the last couple of balance updates that there is really no point in playing OKW when Ostheer can do everything better including early game pressure with aggressive infantry which used to be OKW's main strength. +1000 Thats exactly my opinion too. The UK vs OKW matchup is completely broken in the first minutes. Its as bad as the OST vs Soviet match up. In: COH2 Balance

If there is any meta soviet unit in 2v2 then SU-152. A nerf is long overdue and should have happened when the heavy tanks were nerfed. In: COH2 Balance
