Thread: Smartie's commander reworks: OKW10 Mar 2021, 11:38 AM So many posts because of the IrStg44 upgrade? Lol #We have definitly more serious design issues to talk about. And honestly Soviet and Wermacht commanders need most of the attention not the western front armies. And before we get another commander related thread pls use the existing threads for feedback. Despite having the worst commander pool imo players almost gave no much needed feedback to Soviets. Thread: OKW Commander Revamp 20219 Mar 2021, 20:50 PM I would like to see the Airborne Attack of Luftwafe reworked. The AI strafe is just bad and the single AT strafe comes too late. I would suggest to change the ability to a pure AI attack like the soviet Sturmovik attack and reduce the price to 180 mun. This would make the ability unique - there would be no overlap anymore with air attack of Overwatch. In: Lobby

But that could be changed and then the 221 could work as OKW's cache. Would still be a lot more expensive than the other factions chaches and doctrinal. In my opinion, the presence of two tank (T-34-85 and IS-2) in one commander is not the best implementation of the commander. I propose to transfer one of the tanks to another commander. Armored Assault is fine with the 2 tanks imo, because the the strength of the doctrine are tanks. This comes at a cost because you don't get elite inf. Shock Rifle Frontline should be nerfed instead. Elite inf+Off map+ 2 nondoctrinal tanks is simply too much. One of the tanks should be removed and used for another doctrine. Especially the 2nd or 3rd tier commanders would win a lot if the (buffed) IS-2 would be included. In: Lobby

That Change alone will make 10 doctrines more viable. - And the recent change to Assgrens needs be taken back. I really tried to understand why the mod team gated the Sprint ability behind BP1 but I just can't. Without the sprint the unit is more or less useless. It would be a lot better if the munition cost and / or the cooldown for Sprint would be increased. In: Lobby
