None of the balance mod team is top 10, Mr.Smith doesn't even play against real players, yet they spoke out their idea around balance and made some great stuff. It doesn't necesarily take somebody to be top 10 to know what's not right in the game, and even if 90% of balance talk is gibberish, it doesn't mean there aren't good ideas to hear. Thread: Im gonna hit you guys with an opinion21 Dec 2018, 01:09 AM This is just me venting frustration late at night but in my honest opinion you shouldn't post about anything to do with unit balancing or balancing the game in general if none of the following points match you -You are one of the few pro players of the game -Ranked at least top 10 -have extensive knowledge on the inner workings of the game -Be fully unbiased for all factions (the amount of weird faction fanboyism is so dumb to me please stop) i could probably come up with more criteria but im tired. I want to see what people think about this to me the most important criteria is to be HIGH ranked since 99% of threads on balance can be summed up with L2P issue... In: COH2 Balance

Do keep in mind i'm average at best at this game but i play mainly 1v1 and disagree completely that this game should be balanced around 4v4 1: soviets get plenty of early counters for Wehrmacht light armor ie: mines, penal ptrs, cons ptrs for memes 2: m3 with engineers inside is an excellent sniper counter(and earliest) 3: a sniper is always a bigger risk to wermacht then soviets because of the 4 man squads (one model down -25% dps) im sure theres more but my own opinion is that all this changes is that soviet cant auto-win countersnipes anymore excuse my manners but as a dark souls player i have to say this GIT GUD and its not a proplem im willing to continue debating tho In: COH2 Balance
