It's balanced, before you got 3 units quickly, one of them was free, good for pushing, now you must build it and it costs something so no moar truck pushing |

IMO OKW is mainly focused on early game, it's not that easy to get fast med or rep station, with costs on sWS it's impossible to do truck pushing like before, flak HT still sucks, Luchs could be good if called in very fast but it's expensive, OKW should always go for T4 ->P4/JP4 with obersoldats. Also this huge nerfs for Leigs (remove suppression is the biggest one) makes them weak, or at least weaker compared to it's current cost
About OKW doc - it's simply def doc from CoH1 Wehrmacht, advanced warnings revealing huge part of map, truck detections, goliath for ambushes and ofc FTFL which is probsbly cool but havent tested it yet, stuka assault it like the British counterpart Typhoon assault (is that correct name) but instead of rockets they drop 4 bombs and pin infantry with MG's, not very effective vs armour but still can be used well |

They probably do it because they'll drop you about 10 of each commander through war spoils which is completely unneeded.

im currious how this changes will force OKW to blob, cuz 20 muni cost reduction on shrecks? well, that's not much, they still can be overwhelmed by every other infantry |
when you have luchs USF have M3 Stuart soviet have T70
and you do not have healing
if JP 4 PZ 4 PANTHER on T4 you cant risk your T4 anymore
and right now if you want to win as OKW on 1v1
you have to play tortoise
by nerfing sws (no more truck push) by not risking T4 (no map control)
the only option for okw is spam VGS blob them and raketens.
I do not want to play as pussy man. but relic want us to play like it.
and also relic promise will have less blob and spam
look what they did on USF? blobing spam RIFLE till M26
